PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Termites cause more damage to Australian homes than natural disasters or any other damage, and their presence is almost impossible for the untrained eye to detect until the damage has become extensive.

The only way to detect the presence of termites before extensive damage has been done is a Timber Pest Inspection to Australian Standard AS4349.3 carried out by an experienced,  qualified and licensed contractor.

Termite Solutions Inspectors perform Pre-Purchase, Pre-Sale and Routine Inspections to AS4349.3 with the added security of Full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Full colour digital photo reports are available shortly after the inspection and can be emailed, faxed or express mail delivered.

Using the latest technology together with extensive experience and training, the A-Team can thoroughly inspect your property with a minimum of inconvenience to you or the occupants, and accurately report on the condition of your property. We are required to check for the presence of Termites, Borers and Wood Decay Fungi (Rot).

Our Borescope technology allows us to look behind walls without having to remove wall panels, or cut large holes in them. It also allows us to look into floor cavities, foundations, and other areas that are normally difficult to access and examine fully. Termatrac uses microwave technology to track motion behind walls where we can't see. Moisture Meters detect variations in moisture in walls and timber that could indicate the presence of termites (or leaky showers and plumbing problems). The Donger is probably our most important tool in detecting termite damage. Whilst it is great to have all the latest hi-tech gadgets, our most important tools are our eyes and ears and experience, and the good old-fashioned know-how of where to look and what to look for.

Regular Home Inspections:
Regular termite inspections can't stop termite attack but with regular inspections we should find small problems before major structural damage can occur. The Australian standard recommends at least 12 monthly inspections, but we know from experience that significant damage can occur in less than 3 months.

Our inspectors are happy to give home owners advice to help them to carry out regular home owner checks. We'll also explain the do's and don't's to help reduce the risk of termite attack.

Termites are almost impossible for the untrained eye to detect until extensive damage has been done and you are faced with an expensive repair bill.

Remember... the only way to detect the presence of termites before extensive damage has been done is a Timber Pest Inspection to Australian Standard AS4349.3 carried out by an experienced,  qualified and licensed contractor.
